Oh and get this: work sends me out to other locations 4-5 nights each week, so we'll seldom see each other... Think of it like this: it's your apartment, and because you are the kind-hearted person that you are, you let me sleep over twice a week. Cool with that?

Walking distance: CVS, 24hr Jewel grocery store, Starbucks, Subway, restaurants, brand spanking new Walgreens, 24h BP gas station/store. Safe neighborhood.

Posters on Craigslist get numerous replies from unscrupulous sinister spammers. When replying to this ad, be sure to type something about yourself. Elaborate! Say things like where you're from, where you live/study now, where/what your job/internship is, move in/move out dates, a photo or link to a personal site, a prof pic, or anything else you believe would make you an ideal candidate. Remember, you're an unknown moving into a real person's home. You're special - explain why! Vague / copy-paste emails will not be responded to.
