WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* Professional Experience
* Your lead painter should have at least 3 years of professional painting experience (not side jobs - actual painting company or contractor experience). You should be able to handle interiors, exteriors, preparation, and finish work without hand-holding.
* Proper Business Infrastructure
* Current General Liability and Workers Compensation insurance (we verify). Own your equipment and have reliable transportation. * Understand how to run a painting crew as a business, not a hobby.
* Quality-Focused Mindset
Our clients notice details. Coverage needs to be uniform. Lines need to be clean. Preparation needs to be thorough. If "good enough" is your standard, this isn't the right fit.
OUR VETTING PROCESS (We're Selective)
We don't hand out work to anyone with a paintbrush. Our reputation depends on the quality of every crew we send out.
We have a thorough vetting process including phone interview, in-person meeting, and a paid test project where we evaluate your quality, communication, and reliability. Our standards are high, but so is the quality of work we're offering.
