Looking to sublease my apartment as soon as possible - latest move-in date would be beginning of February. The lease runs until May, and if you want to renew past that you will be able to. The apartment transfer would be official and handled by The Pointe Apartments.

1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom apartment in Arlington Heights, IL. Although the website says $1755, my rent is actually $1669! If they force the price to raise, I will pay you the difference up front. You will need to pay $75 initial application fee but you will take over my security deposit - so you will get free money whenever you move out.

Free parking, nice pool (closed for the winter), very quiet spot. I've never had any issues with this apartment - I need to move due to job relocation.
