About the Role:
We're hiring experienced roofers for seasonal work applying Roof Maxx rejuvenation treatment and handling light roof repairs. Expect a minimum of 3 jobs per week throughout our busy season (April–November). Great supplemental income if you already have roofing skills and want consistent, straightforward work.
What You'll Do:
-Apply Roof Maxx solution per job specifications
- Perform light maintenance and minor repairs (sealing, flashing, surface prep)
- Communicate professionally with homeowners on-site
- Complete basic job documentation and photos
What We Offer:
- Flat fee per job — paid based on roof square footage
- Consistent volume — minimum 3 jobs/week, April through November

You're a Fit If You:
- Have hands-on roofing experience (1+ years preferred)
- Can commit to regular availability April through November
- Are reliable, show up on time, and do clean work
- Have a valid driver's license
- Have a vehicle with a 2" ball hitch — you'll tow our company sprayer to each job
